Woolies Now Now Cape Town: we tried it so you don’t have to guess

Honest review 👇 Did you know that Woolworths has entered the fresh foods market? It’s called Woolies Now Now.

Conveniently located in all the major malls, not only do they offer great coffee, but also several options for a quick lunch or dinner.

They have bowls, burgers, wraps, sandwiches and sides like chips or wedges as well.

For drinks, you can order fresh smoothies or other pre-packaged drinks you’d find in a Woolies Food.

We visited their Canal Walk fully-Halaal store, and tried their toasted sandwiches. Aliasgher had the chicken mozzarella sandwich with crisps and Saleha had the chili crunch toast with wedges.

In all honesty, both were okay and didn’t wow us in any way. Watch here.

The menu is also pricier for what is on offer so you could find restaurants that offer better value-for-money and taste balances.
