High tea Silo Hotel will ALWAYS beat out regular tea πŸ˜‰ And if you disagree, raise your hand please, because we need to talk. πŸ˜‚ We have tried our fair share of high teas around the Cape and found another favourite at the Silo Hotel.

High Tea Silo Hotel

At R425 pp, you are pampered from the minute you enter the parking garage. Want to watch instead? Here you go!

You enter a luxurious carpeted area before being lifted to the 6th floor. The views, as you would expect, are gorgeous πŸŒ‡

With the beautiful sun shining on your face (on sunny days of course), you will have a huge selection of teas offered to you while you go through savoury and sweet bitings, served by fine waiters ready to pamper you – how pristine and frankly, yummmm!

Our waiters were on top of their game throughout our meal, welcoming us at the beginning and explaining the different aspects of the meal that would be offered to us.

You can choose to have tea, coffee or juices. The combination of bitings are perfectly balanced, offering sweetish and savoury bites; Aliasgher couldn’t get enough of the sandwiches.

The most difficult decision is actually deciding to leave because you won’t want to.

When you make your booking, we recommend requesting seating next to the large windows that overlook the Waterfront.

If you are looking for that perfect date experience or celebrating a huge milestone with your friends, this is the experience you want.
