We just had the juiciest lamb burger in Cape Town! Olive Cafe Claremont recently invited us to munch away at their menu. The items in their offerings had us drooling and so we decided to try one type of each offering.

We had the Polony Gatsby, the lamb burger, the Hawaiian burger (🧐) and the Spicy Chicken calzone. Watch here!

Olive Cafe Claremont

The stars of the show are definitely the burgers and pizza. The owner told us of all the effort that goes into the lamb burger, which includes lots of braising and chopping before it’s mushed into patties. We could taste that in every bite, and hands-on gets our nod for one to try.

Saleha loved the Hawaiian burger as a true fan of pineapples with everything. Our spicy calzone also lived up to our expectations with yummy crust and a filling that brought the right level of heat to our mouths. That means that their pizzas are also really good 😏

They are located in Claremont and get quite busy because of all the delicious food they offer. Have you tried their food?
